Lettermail shipping is at BUYERS RISK. Once package has shipped there is no tracking. Ben & Lily's is not responsible for lost packages, or damages made to baseball hats in orders that chose lettermail.

Flat rate parcel shipping will provide the customer with a tracking number once shipping label is created.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges related to sizing. Size charts are available and we encourage you to use them.

If you receive your order and there is an error or defect, please reach out so we can work to resolve the issue.

Each item is hand printed, so please be advised that small variances are possible and likely.

Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders.
